The Tankardstown team were totally amazing in helping organise the wedding. I’ve lost count of how many of our guests commented on how fabulous and seamless everything was and many people said it was the best venue they had been to.
It’s hard to put into words how happy and grateful we are to Tankardstown House. The day was perfect and we have to commend how the staff and the service they provided contributed to that. From the time we arrived they went out of their way to ensure our every need was met.
It was such an amazing experience from the moment we arrived that I honestly did not want to leave. The venue is fabulous but it’s the team that make it amazing and I can not thank everyone enough for the first class hospitality we received.

On arrival, guests are welcomed into the Main House drawing rooms for pre-dinner drinks and canapés, then following down the winding staircase to the magnificent Orangery where dining, worthy of its surroundings, is served with great care and attention to detail. The Orangery can seat up to 250 wedding guests. The wedding reception can be as large or as intimate as you wish. We can create a more intimate setting for smaller wedding parties within this beautiful space.
Many of our brides and grooms live abroad so we are highly experienced in helping you plan your special day from afar. We have a team of dedicated wedding co-coordinators here who you can speak with on the phone, email or zoom. A viewing of our property can be arranged for you and your fiancé at a time that suits you; In person, via zoom call or through our Virtual Reality Wedding Tour. Alternatively, in the past we have had couples parents and siblings come for a viewing.
